  Hi,
  just installed CamStudio.
  For one Reason: To grab / record and archive Karaoke Online-Songs.

  But the lyrics are fadin FAR behind the Music.
  What can i do to SYNCRONIZE it ?

  Hey man just wanna tell you keep up the work. Beautiful program and i am definitely going to be donating because i appreciate your efforts and a program like this most people are paying for.

  A question for you though. My audio is quite choppy on XP, i tried checking the box to use MCI but that made it alot worse, then i tried selecting diff formats but its still choppy and skipping. Any suggestions?

  Hello,
  This is the first forum/blog I have ever signed up for. I have a problem with CamStudio 2.0 and I am desperately hoping someone can help me – PLEASE. I have downloaded and installed the lossless codec, divx codec, as well as the community codec pckg. Everything has been working great and I have recored as large a file as 77min with no trouble. Now for no reason I cannot record a 15min video. Everything seems to be working fine until I give it a file name and hit save. A window pops open and says “unable to open video file” – the only choice is to click ok, at which time a 2nd window opens saying “xxxxx(whatever the path).avi not found. Again, no choice but to hit ok. At this point everything is gone and you have to start over. Check all settings, even close down completely, delete ini files from CamStudio and reset all setting, start again, and same thing happens.
  PLEASE HELP – this is important – and it is more than just software – it’s vital information I am trying to save and the only way to do it is with video capture software – and yes I am under a strict timeframe.
  Any HELP would be muchly appreciated.

  Hello. First I would like to thank you for making CamStudio. I’ve made a few videos with it, and I plan to make more. I have run into a problem though. After I make the movie and press stop the a window telling you to save it somewhere on your computer comes up(this is normal). And so I’ve tried saving it everywhere, in videos, in desktop, everywhere. I’ve just come across this problem recently. It would be great if someone could help me.

  Hi,
  There’s a bug I had with Camstudio while recording my tutorials on Photoshop. Everything works OK however after a minut or two the curser icon either defaults to an arrow or dissapears entirely.
  My work-around was to lower Photoshops memory usage to about 25% and record shorter tutorials. Otherwise I love the program & can’t praise it enough.
