Although Fraps is pretty good for game recording, it's pretty good over Camtasia for settings and such. I've only used Camtasia for a bit though. This is really lame for slow computer uses like me. You would have to wait in videos and keep waiting for a program to launch into action. This raises file size and you may lose the audiences favor of watching. I prefer Camstudio since speed doesn't matter =).
