I have never yet been able to view anything on you-tube. I always get a message that either javascript is turned off or I don’t have the latest FlashPlayer — both of which are untrue. Going to their FAQs one finds that this message can also appear if they have too much traffic, so try again later.
The author likely chose the worst site to upload his tutorial.

I thought about Google Video, but you’re restricted to something like 320 x 240 - which I don’t think would be large enough to see all the detail …

Hi folks I’ve made a new movie showing how to use the divx codec with virtualdub. This will allow your movies to be nearly universal as far as playing on the net. If anyone has better settings I’d be interested to see them.
