When i turn on the audio rec. the screen capture stop's working! :(

When i record without sound rec., the screen recording works ok!
When i try to record with sound rec. on, the screen recording stops! :(

What can i do to fix this?

I have a laptop, with windows xp.

    For sound, only record using microphone, as the other doesn't work anymore.

    Take a look at the latest 2012 video up top in the sticky area for some settings help.
