48 khz audio

please add 48 khz audio support.

ac97 soundcards resample everything to 48 khz. when only 44 khz recording is selectable then it is recorded in 48 khz by soundcard, resampled to 44 khz because camstudio requested this sample rate. at playback it gets resampled to 48 khz again. the resampling of simple onboard cards is very bad. please add 48 khz support.
