How to I get the regional frame from Moving?
Hi everyone!
I have this issue after I click to record and attempt to set the regional frame around a video or subject the frame. When I try to leave the region by moving mouse out of recorded area the frame moves with it. The frame is shaky and seems to follow where ever the mouse points. Thus I 'm unable to move my mouse out of the recorded region. As the recording is going on, often times the frame moves off the target area.
What can I do to eliminate the problem?

When you define your region, be sure that each dimension is divisible by 2.
Also, de-select "Options|Enable Autopan". That's what is making the window follow the mouse cursor.
