Recording of window region skewed

When I try to record a window region the image is skewed.

Recording the whole screen works fine.

Do I need to change any settings ?

    Yes - you've got a bunch of settings to get right! ;-)

    See the sticky posts at the top to see some tutorial videos and several posts about both audio and video settings. It is important that the dimensions that CamStudio finally sees are even-numbered ones. Try subtracting 1 from the width and height if you are getting skewing, in Fixed Region mode.
