user control account seems to be stopping recorder.exe.

UAC wont let me use recorder.exe. I have to reboot the system to get it working. Any ideas?

    Try right-clicking on recorder.exe and selecting "Run as administrator". If that doesn't work (perhaps because you do not have administrator privileges) try installing CamStudio to a folder in your desktop instead.
