Is the AVI V2 CamStudo available yet ?

I read somewhere in a much earlier post, that you were modifying CamStudo to use the AVI V2,
(ie so that it wouldn't suffer from the 2GB file size limit)

Has this been done yet ?
If not, when is it expected ?
