Failed to install camcodec

So when I click install at camcodec.inf an error appears : An error occured while copying camcodec.inf . Cannot copy file to destination directory. Cllick retry to retry or click cancel to exit. If I click retry then the same error appears so my only option is to click cancel. What do I do?
