saving a recording
I have started a recording.
I have stoppped that recording.
I was suprised to find that I was not prompted for a file name to save the recording to.
What am I missing? WHat did I do wrong?
I am running CamStudio on a Windows Server 2008 R 2 Enterprise.
Maybe this has something to do with ie.

No, it should have worked if CamStudio was actually recording. Did you see a "Flashing" screen, or notice the numbers appear in the CamStudio "box"?
I'll watch for your response and try to help you get to the bottom of this. Meanwhile, look up top in the "sticky" topics for the 2012 video I just created. It may contain some information that is helpful to you.
