Cursor flashing when recording

Hi everybody, I got Camstudio 2.6 installed a couple days ago and found it quite easy to use. Thank you Camstudio team! My only question so far is, when I start recording, the cursor is flashing. I am planning on using it in a user study and am worried if the flashing cursor would distract the user during the study. The output is fine. It just happens during the recording process. Has anybody encountered this before and is there a fix? Thank you!

    Can you point us to a video that shows this flashing behavior? I can guess at the cause perhaps being the codec used, but more information would be handy to have.
