When the program is minimized, and you right-click it in the taskbar and select exit, the screen starts flashing green really rapidly. If you can manage to see the actual screen between flashes, you can bring up task manager and end Recorder.exe which stops the flashing. I did this with the latest 2.6b release and the older 1.4, same result. My computer runs Windows 7. Could someone with a Mac or Linux distro confirm if this happens on other OSs?

    You have to close it from the tray icon, not the task bar. Sorry - it is not exceptionally clear.
