CamStudio region blinks
I'm running Win7 Pro SP1 and CamStudio version2.7.4 r354. I'm trying to capture a region. When I click on start the + region selector blinks rapidly and seems to have a mind of it's own. I can't get it to stay over the region I want. It drifts. My old CamStudio was solid for delineating the region. How can I make my new version stop being so irradic?

In fact, even the original 2.0 is still available, and works just fine!

The latest version left behind some major bugs, and this may be one of them also.
I use 2.7 v316 myself.
