Best Recording Format - Less Memory used
Hi all, new to the forum.
Just wanted to know what the best format is to records desktop functions.
Currently using Microsoft Video 1, however it seems to be very memory hungry. (3 minute recording = 120mb)
Naturally I want the video quality to be suitable for showing collegues (recording audio also)
Is there a better format, which saves the file using less memory?
