How to import to adobe premiere without losing the quality? :''(

edited November 2009 in Support
Hi, I am new here.

I have tried hours, and I just want to import some avi file which captured by Camstudio into adobe premiere without losing the quality?

The avi file I made is like: frame width 1280, frame height 800 , frame rate 200 f/s. I am wondering if I set up something wrong in Camstudio software. If so, what should I change, so I will not lose quality when I import it into adobe premiere?

I tried to change timebase in premiere, but I only found 25f/s, 29.97f/s, 24f/s, etc. Since my knowledge is limited in premiere, if anyone could kindly give me a hand on that too?

I appreciate it.

Have a great day! Everyone :D
