The file size of 5 min record is 50 MB? how to reduce the file size?

edited November 2009 in Support
I am using Camstudio to record the presentations.
It has produced a 50 MB file for 5 minutes of recording.
I have to upload this videos to internet and I would like to limit the file size to 10 MB for 5 minutes of recording.
What settings that I have to change in the video options and which conversion is good for getting lower size file?

Thank you for your time.

P.S. You can get FFDShow Tryout from here: http://ffdshow-tryout.sourceforge.net
  • Another way to reduce the file size is to put the file through Windows Movie Maker. It drastically reduces the file size whilst retaining most of the quality. Hope that helps.
