Camstudio doesn't record mic AND computer audio.
The problem I'm having with camstudio is that it doesn't want to pick up my voice as well as the computer audio at the same time. I have the microphone set to "Rec. Playback", and I hear the computer audio, but not my voice. I switch it, my voice, no computer. Here's the thing. I know it's a software problem, since another program, which I use for streaming called Procaster, can pick up my voice and the computer audio flawlessly. What's going on?

It is a settings issue. Please view this YouTube video which explains things for both Vista (and by extension, Windows 7) and for XP. Let me know if this is helpful.

I cannot guess what Procaster is doing, so I suppose we are at an impasse. The only way CamStudio can record both PC audio and voice simultaneously is to use the "Stereo Mix" as the source and include the microphone in the mix of items being monitored. If your stereo mix drivers do not support that, CamStudio has no driver of its own. However, it also is not originally created to take advantage of the new audio subsystem that has been present since Vista - it uses the older XP subsystem. This is another reason why running it in XP compatibility mode is likely important (just musing here...)
A later version of CamStudio is planned for that will represent a complete re-write of the code from the bottom up. Until then, unless the workarounds that have worked for others work for your system, you are simply out of luck for the time being as far as CamStudio is concerned.
Here are some more YouTube videos for you to take a look at to see if any of them possess a workaround that will function on your system:
