Fatal bug causing complete data loss
I just tried to record a video, and after completion I received this error message:
File Creation Error. Unable to rename/copy audio file.

The entire video is lost and I have to do it all again. Not a good result...

About how many minutes did you record? CamStudio produces avi files, which are big files and without some special handling cannot exceed 2.0 GB.
Is there any chance your hard drive is fairly full?
