The Camstudio shall have a feature of text to speech that will allow users to record audio, similar to Speech-Over software.

    You can use any text to speech software in conjunction with CamStudio, though I'd recommend performing that task separately into a recording software and merging the video and audio using a video editor like Windows Movie Maker or VirtualDub later on.
