Why the quality on the CamStudio player is better?

edited May 2009 in Support
Hi folks. I’d like to know with the CamStudio player the quality of the video is just fine, but when I use another player, like Media Player Classic the quality decreases a lot.
What is “wrong”?

  • I don't have MPC but I would guess that it's probably to do with scaling the video to fit the playable area.

I have WMP11 on Vista and I can right click a video > Video Size > select Fit Video to Player on Start > select Fit Video to Player on Resize and set the video size at 100%.

See if those settings are available somewhere on MPC.

    Cheers
