Pipe Camstudio's output LIVE to a LIVE webcam broadcast

Any ideas on how I can do that? I would think it would be trivial nowadays to be able to pipe the screen to a live broadcast on sites such as justin.tv etc., possibly in conjunction with Adobe's free Flash Media Encoder.

I know there are other applications such as camtwist (for mac), manycam and webcammax that can do this but they use banners in the "free version", there needs to be more completely free Windows alternatives.

Any ideas?

    I've been looking for something like this as well--a free way to "broadcast" the screen capture (for example hulu player). Maybe using VLC as the broadcast agent. Like real-time broadcast. Anybody have any ideas out there for how camstudio could be made to accomplish this? Can it save a file in realtime, for example?
