Cursor in Photoshop

The cursor in Photoshop (Windows7 64bit) is not recorded as it is displayed in Photoshop (CS4). In the screen capture only a standard arrow is shown, but not the cursors Photoshop is using like a handtool or a brush etc. What can I do?
