Codec Discoloration

When I make youtube tutorials, I capture them with the camstudio lossless codec, load them into virtualdub, add a watermark, and then export them to avi via camstudio codec again. But this time, the colors are being inverted. Any Ideas why?

Edit: It seems that only SOME of the colors are being inverted.... wierd...
Edit2: If it helps any:

Windows XP
2 Processors
2 GB Ram
Was recording 1280x720p with the CamStudio codec
I used the built in "logo" filter in virtual dub.

    Don't know why it happens, but try exporting from Vdub with another codec.

    Ok, turns out, windows media player decodes the video wrong. When I upload it to youtube or open it in virtual dub, everything looks okay.
