Camstudio spacebar problem?

When I am recording something with camstudio and I have to type something in well when I press spacebar Camstudio screen annotions comes up then I changed the compressor and when I press spacebar the screen annotions thing doesnt come up but the space doesnt work but when I am not recording and camstudio is closed completely well it works so please can you help me. This happened before then I uninstalled it and reinstalled and it was fine but it is doing it agian and I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it agian but as I said it didnt work this time, so please can you help me.

    Which version did you use and where did you get it.

    You might have set your shortcut keys inadvertently to include a spacebar keyboard shortcut. Make that CTRL-Space, for instance and it would clear that issue up.
