Realtek audio problem solved

I have win7 x64
I had same problem and went to Realtex
and DL the new driver
Installed and reboot
Now when I go to
control panel>sound>rplayback
sterio mix is there but disabled
so I enabled and all is well!

    That's terrific, drsolution! Good to hear the Realtec driver upgrade adds in the Stereo Mix for cases where it was missing.
