I want to integrate camstudio to my program. It would be help if you could let me know if cam studio is having any API. And please let me know where can I get the latest source code of the application.

No API exists for CamStudio.
The source code for the 2.0 version is at http://sourceforge.net/projects/camstudio/files/legacy/Camstudio-2.0-src.zip/download
I believe you must join the development team to get access to the later versions source code, but I could be wrong about that. It is being distributed via Mercurial (see the Code tab at the CamStudio Sourceforge page).
