How can I add a completely new voice over an existing video?
Hi, I'm new here and a friend wants to take videos and then do a voice over describing specific thiungs ion the video. How can we do that? I have win7. Thanks

Windows Live Movie Maker allows you do add a replacement audio track. You alternatively could record the audio using Audacity or some other recording software and merge the audio with the video via some other tool, like VirtualDub.
